The staff at this store, particularly Zainab is very helpful. They know their products well. I was looking for a particular line of their lipstick that I had bought a year or two prior and it had worked very well for me and I was looking to repurchase something from that line. However every store I went to just told me it was out of stock. Even a few stores abroad. It was frustrating. Only Zainab at this store was able to confirm that the particular product line had been discontinued and suggested an alternative, that is working equally well. It's great to buy from a place where the staff at least knows its own products well.
